This is the Master where we create Clearance Types like It, Admin, HR, Admin, Department Head and so on according to the Requirements and then we set them by the Custom and Hierarchical flow wise.

• Hierarchical Reporting:
  This is based on the organization’s reporting structure (manager/stakeholder → team → employee). It allows managers/stakeholders to view and manage data of their direct and indirect reportees. Commonly used for approvals, performance tracking, and team-level insights. Access to data is controlled by roles within the hierarchy.
• Custom Reporting:
  This allows users to create reports based on specific needs by selecting fields, filters, and conditions. It is flexible and not restricted to organizational structure. Used for analytics, compliance, and decision-making.
