Reporting Upload

The Reporting Upload functionality helps administrators assign HRIS reporting managers to multiple employees in bulk through a single upload process. It reduces manual effort and saves time by updating reporting structures for many employees at once. Users can upload employee-reporting details using a predefined template for accurate mapping. The functionality also allows setting or updating the Final Reporting Manager directly from the upload screen. It ensures proper reporting hierarchy management within the organization for approvals and workflow processes. This feature improves data accuracy, consistency, and simplifies large-scale reporting updates in the system.

Navigation – Click on HR Corner –> Click on Upload tab –> Select Employee Module –> Select File to Upload –> Click on View Button –> Upload File.

Click on Upload button and then Select Employee Module and then click on View button to perform the upload Functionality.

Click on Download button to download blank sheet for the Reporting upload.

Fill the Valid data in the Sheet.

Save and Upload the File.

File Uploaded Successfully.

Uploaded Data visible in the Employees Profile.
