Custom Reporting Upload

The Custom Reporting Upload functionality is used to configure employee reporting managers module-wise through a bulk upload process. There are two types of reporting structures available in the system: HRIS Reporting and Custom Reporting. In HRIS Reporting, the reporting manager remains common across all modules and cannot be changed separately module-wise. Using Custom Reporting Upload, organizations can assign different reporting managers for different modules based on business requirements. The upload file contains self-explanatory fields for easy data entry and mapping of employees with respective reporting managers. If there is any confusion while preparing the upload file, users can refer to the provided test sheet/sample upload file for guidance.

Navigation – Click on HR Corner –> Click on Upload tab –> Select Employee Module –> Select File to Upload –> Click on View Button –> Upload File.

Click on Upload button and then Select Employee Module and then click on View button to perform the upload Functionality.

Click on Download button to download blank sheet for the Custom Reporting upload.

Fill the Valid data in the Sheet.

Save and Upload the File.

File Uploaded Successfully.

Selected Employees are Set at Custom Reporting.

Navigation – Click on Module Box –> Click on System Configuration –> Click on Reporting Structure Setting –> Click on Employee Custom Reporting.
