Branch

A Branch represents a physical office, business unit, factory, or operational location of the organization within the HRMS system.
It helps organizations manage employees, attendance, payroll, and operations branch-wise.

The Payment Cutoff Date defines the last date up to which attendance, leave, and payroll-related data will be considered for salary processing for that branch.
If the cutoff date is set as 30-03-2025, then attendance and payroll data up to that date will be considered for salary calculation.
The Additional Cutoff Days field is used to extend the payroll cutoff period by a specified number of extra days

The Branch Address section is used to maintain the official address and contact information of a specific branch within the organization.
