Activate Employee Upload

The Activate Employee Upload functionality allows administrators to activate multiple employees in bulk through a single upload process. It is used to restore employee records that were previously deactivated due to resignation reversals, rehiring, or administrative requirements. Users can upload employee details using a predefined template to update their status to Active. The system validates the uploaded data and processes the activation for eligible employees. This feature reduces manual effort, ensures data accuracy, and helps maintain employee records efficiently within the system.

Navigation – Click on HR Corner –> Click on Upload tab –> Select Employee Module –> Select File to Upload –> Click on View Button –> Upload File.

Click on Upload button and then Select Employee Module and then click on View button to perform the upload Functionality.

Click on Download button to download blank sheet for the Reporting upload.

Fill the Valid data in the Sheet.

These Employee Code mentioned in the Sheet are Mentioned in Inactve Employee list in the Organization.

Save and Upload the File.

File Uploaded Successfully.
