Letter Genaration Flow.

The Letter Generation module is used to generate letters for employees in a simple and structured way. First, users select filters like Company, Division, Zone, Branch, Work Location, Department, and Active status to search for employees. After clicking Search, the user selects the Module, Letter Type, and Letter Template. Based on this, the system fetches the required template and employee data automatically. Then, the user selects the employee for whom the letter needs to be generated.

Navigation – Login User –> Click on HR Corner –> Click Letter Generation.

After selecting all the ORGs and Module, Letter Type, Letter Template and Employee, we can Preview the Letter which will gonna be Generate as per the selection.After selecting all the ORGs, module, letter type, letter template, and employee, you can preview the letter that will be generated based on the selected options.

If the “Move to document tracker” checkbox is selected, the generated letter will be saved and visible in the Employee’s Document Tracker based on the selection. Users can also choose to send the letter via email. Finally, they can click Preview to review and Generate to create the final letter.
