Creating and view Policy

The β€œPolicy” section contains officially approved company policies that guide employee behaviour and workplace practices. It provides easy access to important documents such as HR policies, IT security rules, and compliance guidelines. Employees can refer to this section whenever they need clarification on company standards or procedures. Keeping policies available on the dashboard ensures that everyone has access to the most updated information. This helps maintain consistency in how rules and processes are followed across the organization. It also supports legal and regulatory compliance by promoting awareness of required practices. Easy accessibility reduces confusion and improves transparency within the workplace. Overall, the section plays an important role in ensuring discipline, accountability, and informed decision-making among employees.

Navigation – Click on HR Corner –> Click on Dashboard Items –> Click on Policy –> Click on Add button –> Fill Details –> Click on Save Button.

Purpose of Policy:
The purpose of a policy is to establish clear guidelines, rules, and procedures for employees to follow within the organization. It helps ensure consistency, compliance, transparency, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Benefits of Policy:
Policies provide a structured framework for decision-making, improve workplace discipline, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, reduce ambiguity, and help employees understand their roles, responsibilities, rights, and benefits within the organization.

Click on Dashboard Items, then Click on Policy master and then Click on Add button.

Fill Deatils and then Click on Save Button.

Before save, Need to Enable Checkbox of “Please set it as active to show on Dashboard” to show the Created policy on the Dashboard.

Created Policy is visible on the Index page and on the Dashboard.
