A Company represents the top-level organizational entity under which employees, departments, branches, policies, payroll, attendance, and other HR operations are managed.
It acts as the primary organizational structure used to maintain employee records and configure HR-related processes within the system.

Purpose –
– To create and manage organization-level information
– To separate employee data company-wise
– To configure company-specific HR policies and settings
– To manage payroll, attendance, leave, and reporting structures independently for each company.          

The Parent Company field is used to map or link the current company under an existing main organization or holding company.
This helps organizations manage multiple companies, subsidiaries, or branches under a single parent group within the HRMS system.

The Company Type field is used to define the legal or business structure of the organization within the HRMS system.
This helps categorize companies based on their registration type and organizational structure for proper identification, reporting, and compliance management.

Common Company Types –
PVT
– Private Limited Company
          Example – Sun System Information Pvt Ltd
GVT – Government Organization
          Used for government departments or public sector organizations
LLC – Limited Liability Company
          Commonly used for international or foreign business entities
OPC – One Person Company
          Used when the company is owned and managed by a single person The Basic Company Details section is used to configure important statutory and organizational information of the company within the HRMS system.
These details are mainly used for payroll processing, statutory compliance, tax-related reporting, salary slips, and official HR documents.

The Company Address section is used to maintain the official address and contact details of the organization within the HRMS system.
The configured Company Address details will be displayed in –
          – Salary Slips
          – HRMS Reports
          – Offer Letters
          – Appointment Letters
