Deactivate Employee Upload

The Deactivate Employee Upload functionality allows administrators to deactivate multiple employees in bulk through a single upload process. It helps organizations efficiently manage employee exits, resignations, terminations, or inactive records without updating each employee individually. Users can upload employee details along with the deactivation date and reason using a predefined template. The system validates the uploaded data and updates the employee status accordingly. This feature reduces manual effort, improves data accuracy, and ensures timely maintenance of employee records within the system.

Navigation – Click on HR Corner –> Click on Upload tab –> Select Employee Module –> Select File to Upload –> Click on View Button –> Upload File.

Click on Upload button and then Select Employee Module and then click on View button to perform the upload Functionality.

Click on Download button to download blank sheet for the Reporting upload.

Fill the Valid data in the Sheet.

Save and Upload the File.

File Uploaded Successfully.
