Creating and view Message From Management

The “Message from Management” section is created to share important information directly from company leadership with employees. It helps keep everyone informed about business decisions, company goals, and future plans. This section often includes announcements related to new initiatives, policy updates, or organizational changes. Senior management may also use it to provide strategic updates that help employees understand the company’s direction and priorities. In addition, leadership can share motivational messages to encourage teamwork, productivity, and employee engagement. Overall, it serves as an important channel for effective communication between management and employees.

Navigation – Click on HR Corner –> Click on Dashboard Items –> Click on Message from Management –> Click on Add button –> Fill Details –> Click on Save Button.

Purpose of Message from Management:
Messages from Management are used to share organizational updates, strategic goals, achievements, important announcements, and leadership communications with employees. They help align employees with the company’s vision and direction.

Benefits of Message from Management:
This feature improves transparency, strengthens employee engagement, builds trust between management and employees, and ensures important leadership communications are effectively delivered across the organization.

Click on Dashboard Items, then Click on Message from Management master and then Click on Add button.

Fill Deatils and then Click on Save Button.

Before save, Need to Enable Checkbox of “Please set it as active to show on Dashboard” to show the Created Message on the Dashboard.

Created Message is visible on the Index page and on the Dashboard.
