Bulk Add Employees.

Employee Can be added in Bulk by using HRIS Data Upload.

The Upload Module is used to upload and import data into the system in bulk, eliminating the need for manual entry of records one by one. It allows users to upload files in supported formats such as Excel or CSV, making the process faster and more efficient. Before the data is saved, the system validates the uploaded file to check for missing or incorrect information and displays appropriate error messages if any issues are found. Users can also download sample templates to ensure the data is entered in the correct format before uploading. Once the validation is completed successfully, the data is imported into the system, allowing bulk creation or updating of records. This module helps reduce manual effort, minimize errors, improve accuracy, and save time while managing large amounts of data.

Path to add Employee by using UploadClick on HR Corner –> Click on Upload Tab –> Select Employee Module from Drop down –> Click on View Button of HRIS Data –> Click on Download Button –> Download Blank Sheet –> Fill the Data in the sheet –> Upload the File.

Click on HR Corner.

Click on Upload tab and then select Employee module from Drop down.

Select the Employee module from the dropdown menu. After selecting the module, all available upload lists will be displayed below. From the displayed upload options, choose the HRIS Data Sheet. This will open the selected upload sheet for further processing.

Click on View Button.

Click on view button and upload screen will be visible.

Each module typically has its own Excel template with specific columns and required fields. Users must ensure that the data is filled in according to the prescribed format before uploading. Once the file is uploaded, the system validates the data, highlights any errors or missing fields, and processes only the correct entries.

  • This screen is used to upload the HRIS Data Sheet into the system by selecting the required Excel file through the Choose File button and starting the process using the Upload button.
  • The Download button allows users to download the template or sample file, while the Refresh button helps reload or reset the upload section when needed.
  • The Upload Details section displays important information such as column names, data types, and maximum field lengths to help users prepare data in the correct format.
  • Upload guidelines are provided on the right side, including instructions to maintain unique column values, avoid formulas and empty rows, use the correct date format, and keep the first row as the header row for error-free uploads.

Fill the Sheet, with all the details Mentioned on the Upload details.

Save the details and Select the File to upload.

File Uploaded Successfully.

After the upload process is completed successfully, the uploaded employees will be visible in the Employee List. Users can view and verify all employee records from this section. Employees can be searched easily using the Employee Name or Employee Code. This helps users quickly find and access specific employee details within the system.

Uploaded Employees are visible on Employee List in Organization tab.

Further, all employee details can be edited manually from the Organization tab in the Employee List. Employee information can also be updated in bulk using the Master Updation Sheet. This allows users to modify and maintain employee records easily within the system. In addition, employee profile photos can be added or uploaded manually through the application. Profile photo upload is not supported through the bulk upload process. Therefore, profile images must be updated individually from the employee profile section in the system.

Update Employee.

Employee Can be Updated by Using Master Updation Sheet.

Master Updation Upload Sheet is a predefined Excel template used to update bulk master data quickly and accurately. It allows administrators to upload multiple records at once instead of manually updating each entry individually. The sheet is commonly used for updating employee details, departments, designations, branches, salary structures, or other organizational master records. This process helps save time, reduce manual errors, and maintain consistency of data across the system.

Path to Update Employee by using Upload Click on HR Corner –> Click on Upload Tab –> Select Employee Module from Drop down –> Click on View Button of Masterupdation –> Click on Download Button –> Download Blank Sheet –> Fill the Data in the sheet –> Upload the File.

Select an Employee Code which we have Uploaded earlier in HRIS Data Sheet.

Save the details and Select the File to upload.
