ESS Release.

The ESS Release – Generate Credentials section is used to create or update login details for employees. It helps administrators filter employees based on company, division, zone, branch, work location, and department to find the required records easily. After selecting the filters, the Search button shows the matching employees. Users can then choose one or more employees to generate or modify their credentials. This section also allows sending ESS email notifications, forcing a password change at the next login for security, and sending a CC email to HR for tracking purposes.
